If a package is lost or damaged while in our custody, our liability is limited to whichever is lower: the actual, documented value of the contents (receipts or proof of purchase), or $50 USD per package. This $50 cap applies per package, not per item — consolidating multiple orders into one box doesn't multiply it. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date, with proof of value; claims filed after that window can't be processed. This cap doesn't cover loss or damage that happens before your item reaches our warehouse — that's the seller's or their carrier's responsibility. Want more coverage? Refund & Cancellation PolicyInternational air shipping can be charged by volumetric weight when it exceeds actual weight. Basic consolidation and optional outer-box removal may reduce unnecessary volume; we confirm what is possible for each order.
1. Consolidation handling fee
Free for up to 3 inbound packages in one shipment request. From package 4, each additional package costs USD 1.50. Counted by inbound packages, not products or orders. International shipping is not free. It is quoted and paid separately after intake and weight/dimension checks.
2. Shoe & Outer Box Removal ($2)
Discard bulky cardboard shoe boxes and excessive packaging to trim down shipping dimensions.
3. K-Pop Inclusions Only ($1.5)
Keep photocards and official inclusions while discarding heavy CD cases for minimal airmail weight.

The item is wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap, then braced inside the box so it can't shift in transit.
Clothing or bedding goes into a vacuum-seal bag and is compressed flat to shrink its shipping volume.
5+ close-up photos (tag, stitching, front/back/underside) are shot and attached to your order page.
The retail shoebox is removed and the shoes are wrapped in a protective pouch instead (skip this if you want the box kept).
The heavy album jacket/book is discarded; only inserts like photocards ship, in a protective sleeve.
