Refund & Cancellation Policy

We deduct only costs we've actually incurred. We do not add a flat cancellation fee or percentage cut on top of costs already spent.

Before we've started purchasing your item

Full refund, including the service fee. We haven't spent anything yet, so there's nothing to deduct.

After we've started purchasing

Once we've paid the seller, the order generally can't be cancelled — we've already spent real money on it. The one exception: if the seller is out of stock, ships the wrong item, or the problem is otherwise our fault, you get a full refund.

Forwarding shipping fee, before your box is packed

Full refund. Change your mind before we've started consolidating your items and nothing's been spent yet.

Forwarding shipping fee, after packing or dispatch

We refund what's left after deducting the actual shipping cost we already paid — never a separate "processing fee" on top of that.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only for items that arrived defective or that we shipped incorrectly. We can't accept change-of-mind returns because the cost of international return shipping may exceed the item's value.

Customs duties or import taxes

If a package is returned to us or destroyed because customs duties or import taxes weren't paid at destination, that's not refundable — those charges are always the recipient's responsibility (see our shipping terms).

Incorrect delivery address

If delivery fails because the address or contact information you gave us was wrong or incomplete, that's not refundable either.

How and when

Refunds go back to the PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5 business days.

This policy may be revised as we learn more from real orders — check back if it's been a while. Message us if anything here is unclear before you pay.
