International carriers and customs authorities restrict what can cross a border. This list includes items we do not accept and items that need carrier and destination review. Even if something isn't listed, we may decline to ship it or your destination's customs may reject it on arrival.
Batteries & mobile devices
Lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, or lithium-metal batteries and power banks shipped on their own (not installed inside a device). Devices with built-in batteries (phones, laptops, tablets) may be subject to carrier quantity limits per box.
Loose batteries are strictly prohibited under international air-freight dangerous goods regulations. Check with us before ordering high-quantity electronics.
Flammable & pressurized items
Perfume, diffusers, aerosol sprays, lighters, butane canisters, paint, nail polish, and other pressurized or flammable containers.
Liquids & gels
Some liquid or gel cosmetics and skincare products, depending on container volume and your destination country's customs rules.
Limits vary widely by carrier and destination country. Check before ordering large fluid quantities.
Alcohol, tobacco & e-cigarettes
Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, vape devices, e-liquids, and tobacco products.
Cross-border personal shipping of nicotine and alcoholic products is strictly restricted or prohibited on most international courier lanes.
Food & agricultural goods
Fresh produce, meat, unpasteurized dairy, seeds, soil, live plants, and certain dietary supplements.
Quarantine rules vary heavily by destination country. Some customs agencies reject and dispose of unapproved food shipments without prior notice.
Medication & controlled substances
Prescription medication, narcotics, psychotropic substances, and anything containing restricted pharmaceutical ingredients.
Weapons & tactical items
Firearms, firearm components, ammunition, replica/toy weapons, and tactical blades or knives restricted in the destination country.
IDs, official documents & lottery
Passports, government-issued IDs, official seals, lottery tickets, and gambling equipment.
