We charge a transparent $4 purchase-proxy service fee per product link, regardless of quantity. Transaction & Protection charges depend on the payment method. For PayPal, the charge is 6% (minimum $0.50). Review the applicable charges before each payment.

Purchase proxy uses two payments. The first covers [Item price + approved handling + Korean domestic delivery + $4 service fee + Transaction & Protection]. After intake and measurement, the second covers [International shipping + shipment services + Transaction & Protection]. Every amount is itemized before each payment.

You don't pay when you submit a request. Purchasing starts after you review and pay the confirmed item and Korean-delivery quote. Once the items arrive and are weighed, you review and pay a separate international-shipping quote.

Yes! Items ordered from different stores (e.g. Coupang, Musinsa, Bunjang) are stored in your personal Korean suite for up to 45 days free of charge.

Consolidation is free ($0) for up to 3 packages. Starting from the 4th package, an affordable fee of $1.50 per additional box applies to cover repackaging labor and protective materials.

After 45 free days, storage is billed at $0.50/day up to 90 days. Packages remaining unclaimed past 90 days are considered abandoned and disposed of after advance email notice (non-refundable).

Consolidation or outer-box removal is reviewed against the received package condition and item-protection needs. A packing change does not guarantee shipping savings; final cost is confirmed before dispatch.

Customer cancellation within 24 hours and before purchasing starts deducts the higher of 5% or the original PayPal fee that PayPal does not return. After purchasing starts, cancellation requires store approval; approved customer cancellations or returns also deduct the proxy fee, the applicable cancellation deduction or $10 return handling, and actual costs. Customer-request fees do not apply to an out-of-stock item, our shipping error, or another fault on our side.
