How much does it cost to buy from KREAM with SeoulDrop?
For purchase proxy, the service fee is $4 per product link, regardless of quantity; item price and Korean delivery are separate. If you buy directly and use forwarding, the purchase-proxy fee does not apply. International shipping is quoted separately after warehouse intake and measurement. Payment processing charges depend on the payment method. Review the itemized quote before each payment.
Can I combine KREAM with other Korean stores?
Yes. Items wait at our warehouse (free for 45 days) and we can combine them into one box. Consolidation handling for up to 3 inbound packages is free; each extra package is $1.5. International shipping is not free; it is quoted and paid separately after intake and measurement.
What happens if the item is sold out or the price changes?
We check availability and price before you pay. If something changes before we buy, we contact you first, and items we cannot buy are handled under our refund policy.
