By using SeoulDrop (seouldrop.shop), you agree to the terms below.
SeoulDrop purchases eligible items from Korean online stores on your behalf (purchase-proxy), or forwards items you already own to a supported destination (package forwarding). Pricing is confirmed as an individual quote after you submit a request.
Charges are in USD. Other display currencies are approximate references. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The standard proxy service fee is USD 4 per product link, not per request. Purchase proxy uses two payments: the first confirmed quote covers the item, approved handling, Korean domestic delivery, and the proxy fee; after warehouse intake and measurement, a second confirmed quote covers international shipping and shipment services. A customer cancellation within 24 hours of the first payment and before store purchasing begins deducts the higher of 5% of that payment or the original payment-provider fee that is not returned. Transaction & Protection has a USD 0.50 minimum. PayPal uses 6% of each newly billed subtotal; other payment methods have their own rates and receiving charges, disclosed before payment. Coupons and account credit do not discount this fee.
Refund and cancellation terms are covered on a separate page: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We won't accept requests for prohibited or restricted items — see the full list here: Prohibited & Restricted Items.
Our current partner advises DDP for U.S.-bound shipments. We confirm the actual customs-charge inclusions and final cost per order before payment. Terms for other destinations or routes may differ; clearance timing cannot be guaranteed.
We email (and, if you've provided one, text) you about order status updates, account verification, and support — these are transactional messages, not marketing. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.
We may update these terms as we learn more from operating the service. We'll email you about material changes.
