Frequently asked questions
Should I use Makestar's shipping or SeoulDrop?
Use Makestar's own shipping for single orders if it is cheaper; use SeoulDrop to combine several Korean orders into one box.
How much does it cost to buy from Makestar with SeoulDrop?
For purchase proxy, the service fee is $4 per product link, regardless of quantity; item price and Korean delivery are separate. If you buy directly and use forwarding, the purchase-proxy fee does not apply. International shipping is quoted separately after warehouse intake and measurement. Payment processing charges depend on the payment method. Review the itemized quote before each payment.
Can I combine Makestar with other Korean stores?
Yes. Items wait at our warehouse (free for 45 days) and we can combine them into one box. Consolidation handling for up to 3 inbound packages is free; each extra package is $1.5. International shipping is not free; it is quoted and paid separately after intake and measurement.
Can SeoulDrop buy from Makestar for me?
Yes. If your card or address is not accepted, send the product link and we can review the purchase for you.
