Can I shop on Coupang, Naver or Gmarket from overseas?

Usually not directly. Coupang's Rocket Delivery only reaches Korean addresses, and Naver Smart Store, Gmarket, 11st and Auction sellers rarely ship abroad. These marketplaces also commonly need Korean payment or phone verification, so most overseas shoppers use proxy buying: send the product link, approve the quote, and we order it to our Korean warehouse and ship it on.
What to send in a purchase request
- The exact product link, with the option (size, colour, set) selected.
- Quantity, and the price and weight if you know them. The first number you see is an estimate.
Marketplace pitfalls
Marketplace listings come from many sellers, so stock, options and delivery speed vary by seller. We confirm availability before you pay.
Food cannot be shipped to the United States through our carrier, including snacks, ramen, sauces and supplements. Check the prohibited-items guide for other destinations.

How long is the quote valid?
Quotes we send are valid for 3 days (72 consecutive hours). Check your quote's displayed expiry; instant quotes have a separate validity period. Marketplace prices and stock can change, so this does not guarantee availability or a successful purchase.
What if the item sells out after I pay?
If we cannot buy it, the item payment, service fee and Transaction & Protection are refunded under the refund policy.
